GOING TO TOULOUSE AND COMING FROM THE AIRPORT : 

Bus

Bus Airport shuttle, available on the ground floor at door C2; 20 to 45 minutes per trip; one shuttle every 20 minutes, leaving from the airport from 5:40 am to 0:15 am (midnight) every day and leaving from the bus station from 5:00 am to 9:20 pm, 8 Euros per trip, single. 
The shuttle stops at Compans-Cafarelli station (the airport -> university trip takes slightly less than approximately 1 hr, depending on traffic) 
  • Lines 25 and 30: 1.60 Euros per trip, single. 
  • Line 88 from the Conseil Général (departmental Council buiaurelien.rey@laposte.frlding): 2 Euros per trip, single.  

Taxi

Taxi stands located on the ground floor of the Arrivals level, between doors B3 (Hall B) and C1 (Hall C)

Approximately 20 Euros for a one-way trip to central Toulouse.  

Tramway 

Tramway New line T2, direct link between Toulouse downtown and the airport
One tram every 15 minutes from 5:35 am to 11:30 pm; trip lasts 20 to 30 minutes depending on the departure and arrival stations
1.60 Euro per trip, single.

One week prior to the event, we will send a badge in PDF format to the e-mail address used for registration. Please print this badge out.

I would like to participate digitally

I would like to remotely participate in the conference : connection recommendations for accessing the platform 

For an optimum experience we recommend that you connect via a reliable internet network and that you use an updated browser (Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox). On the Day, your company’s VPN may block access to videos on the platform. You can use your smartphone to share a 4G connection with your desktop computer, connect via a personal connection if possible, or connect directly via your smartphone. 

 I forgot my password 

Procedure for recovering a forgotten password :

3. Click “Forget your password?”; you will instantly receive an e-mail with instructions on how to reset your password.  

I entered the wrong password 5 times

Your account will be inaccessible for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, we recommend you use the forgotten password procedure (please see previous point, above).
