The U.S. Consulate General in Strasbourg represents the United States Government in eastern France and at the Council of Europe (COE). Our team promotes American business and exports, and advises French companies seeking to invest in the United States. Our public outreach and cultural exchanges promote people-to-people ties and shared values. We provide emergency, nationality, and passport services to American citizens in the Grand Est region. As an observer at the COE, the United States engages on human rights, democracy, and rule of law.
