Description
Guillaume has been working for more than 10 years in the development and structuring of ecological transition sectors, and has accompanied many territories, government agencies and companies in different sectors (energy, recycling, sustainable water management, ecological engineering, quality air, green chemistry, mobility, etc.), in missions ranging from supporting players in the development of their Transition strategy, to the structuring of territorial ecosystems and the operational deployment of major projects:
He was technical advisor to the Vice-President of the Strategic Committee of the Eco-industry sector where he participated in the development of the ENR Industrial Plan and the adoption of 3 sector contracts. In his functions, he coordinated several studies and notable events (financing / Innovation / Employment / industrial fabric) and carried out numerous consultation missions between industrialists and public authorities.
He was also National Delegate of the Association of Eco-companies of France – which federates 5000 companies in the environmental sectors, before joining EverWatt, where he piloted the innovation and development activities of major territorial projects before joining EverWatt. take the lead in development.
In particular, Guillaume has in his missions accompanied many territories (Regions, Departments, EPT, Interco) in strategic review missions of their positioning on ecological transition and developed programs to structure their local sectors.

Guillaume is a graduate in Law and Political Science, specializing in Environment and Sustainable Development from the University of Paris I and the IEP of Paris.
