Mr. Wiesner has been working at the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) since 2013 and has been head of the "Industrial Control and Automation Systems" unit since mid-2016. In addition to awareness and practical recommendations for manufacturers, integrators and operators of ICS, another focus of his work is national and international cooperation to strengthen the cyber security of industrial plants and critical infrastructures.
