11h00> 12h30: Inauguration and round-table discussion "The decarbonization of industry!" Faced with the climate emergency and limited resources, decarbonization has become a priority issue for companies. If making this transition is a new challenge for the French manufacturing industry, this decarbonization, supported by European funds and the French recovery plan, is also an opportunity to modernize production tools, develop new economic models and conquer new markets. Support for industrial investment, improving energy efficiency, integrating renewable energies into processes, the circular economy, are all levers for very small businesses, SMEs and large groups. How to make possible a carbon-free industry which can also guarantee the competitiveness of companies? How to engage in the energy transition of production systems while securing technical and energy performance?
