That's why we've developed software that uses artificial intelligence to relieve employees of this work. Our intelligent algorithms can not only read the extracted data from documents, but also understand the content line by line, word by word, number by number. Based on groundbreaking ETH research, we taught our AI to go so deep into document recognition that it is even capable of recognizing every single table position and matching it with the corresponding ERP data. Consequently, our AI combines two workflow steps: The software extracts all information from customer and supplier documents and matches them with the ERP system. If everything is correct, no human needs to waste any time. In case of discrepancies, the AI involves the right person for a check. That is why we guarantee to automate up to 70% of the end-to-end business process.
