Description
Mecasoft specializes in high-precision EDM machining and other micromechanical techniques in Belgium.
For 40 years, many sectors of the advanced industry have trusted us in the production of mechanical parts with the most complex shapes. Our know-how extends to different variants of micromechanics, such as micro-cutting, micro-drilling and also micro-milling. Mecasoft is thus one of the only European specialists able to master the technique of 3D micro-milling by EDM with an accuracy of one thousandth of a millimeter (1 micron).
Thanks to our 20 machines and perfectly mastered cutting techniques, our company has achieved collaborations with many sectors that require mechanical tools of perfect precision. Among them, we find the aeronautics (EN 9100), aerospace or medical sectors and many others. Mecasoft is indeed able to respond to the specificities and face the specific difficulties of each of these cutting-edge sectors.
