Appointed French Minister of Digital Affairs in 2012, I fought to put the development of the tech ecosystem on the political and media agenda and find answers to issues such as startups' access to funding or the international visibility of "French Tech".
10 years later, as an investor, I am happy to see the central role that French and European Tech plays in our lives. We must now help our unicorns to become decacorns to preserve our digital sovereignty.
