Caroline joined PayFit as VP People in 2019 to lead the scaleup’s people strategy and people roadmap delivery. Her mission is to keep employees fulfilled as the company grows through unique employee experience and efficient hiring & people operating model. Caroline has over 15 years of experience leading HR teams across several industries and continents. She held HR Director positions in companies such as Gemalto, Mastercard and more recently Cegid.
