Francesca Borgonovi holds a PhD from the London School of Economics. She is the Head of the Skills Analysis team in the OECD Centre for Skills at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and a British Academy Global Professorship at University College London. She is responsible for the Skills Outlook, a flagship publication of the OECD that examines the role of skills in promoting an inclusive and sustainable economic growth.
