Description

Carlos Lozano has more than 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of international initiatives in favor of the Social Economy around the world. As CEPES coordinator of international affairs, he has contributed to the creation and consolidation of “Social Economy Europe”, the representative organization of the Social Economy in the EU. He is also the Secretary General in charge of the activities of the Euro-Mediterranean Social Economy Network (ESMED). Carlos has directed and produced several publications on the role of the Social Economy in the achievement of SDGs and the Agenda 2030, to the development cooperation in third countries and to the socioeconomic development of the Mediterranean. Carlos has a Bachelor in Law and he has carried out several studies in France and Norway on the European Institutions. EU Law and the European Competition Law. Carlos is the alternate member of CEPES in the European Economic and Social Committee.
