Matt Krentz joined The Boston Consulting Group in 1983. He is a Chicago based Senior Partner who served as the head of the firm's Global People Team from 2012-2018, a role in which he was responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across all cohorts.
At BCG, Matt has a broad base of experience in working with CEOs and Senior Management teams on critical issues.
In addition, he has been a leader within BCG on many people topics and currently heads their Diversity & Inclusion efforts.
Matt earned his MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration, where he was a George F Baker Scholar, and earned his BA in economics from Yale.
