Charlotte is an alumna of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et des Etudes Economiques. She devoted the first ten years of her career to the French Administration (INSEE ; French Ministry for Economy). In 2001, she joined the BNP Paribas Group, with a role in Development & Strategy. She was in charge of projects in Paris and New York. In 2004, she became Head of Finance & Strategy of BNP Paribas Cardif, before joining BNP Paribas Investment Partners in 2009. She was appointed CEO of FundQuest, the multi-management subsidiary of BNPP. Parallel to this, she was COO of Investment Partners from 2010, in charge of the Finance, IT, Procurement & Legal divisions.
