LA TRIBUNE NOUVELLE, SAS, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 749 814 604, with capital of €535,950.00, having its registered office at 54 rue de Clichy, Paris (75009), represented by its Managing Director, Mrs Tatiana de Franqueville.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTCS") govern the terms and conditions of use of the IMPACTS SANTE website accessible at www.impacts-sante.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") published by La Tribune Nouvelle (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). A User is any person browsing the Site.

ARTICLE 1 - ACCEPTANCE AND MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS OF USE
Use of the Site is subject to compliance with these GTC. All Users acknowledge that they accept the GCS, without reservation, solely by virtue of their use of the Site. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified by the Company at any time to take account of changes to the Site and changes to applicable regulations. The new version of the GCS will be posted on the Site. The User is invited to consult them regularly.

ARTICLE 2 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
2.1. The Site and each of its components, including but not limited to text, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, layouts, media, icons and, more generally, all visual or sound elements (hereinafter referred to as the "Intellectual Property Elements"), are protected by intellectual property rights held by the Company or licensed to the Company by one or more third parties. Some of the Intellectual Property Elements may also be the property of third parties who have granted a right of use to the Company. Apart from the cases authorized by law, any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution, adaptation, translation, and/or total or partial transformation, integration with other elements or transfer to another Internet site of all or part of the Intellectual Property Elements without the prior express written authorization of the Company or of the third parties concerned holding the intellectual property rights is strictly forbidden.

2.2. Where applicable, any prior and expressly authorized reproduction must include the following mention: "This document comes from the official IMPACTS SANTE website - www.impacts-sante.com. Reproduction rights are reserved and strictly limited." The section consulted and the date of consultation must also appear in the reference.

2.3 Any violation of these provisions constitutes an infringement within the meaning of the French Intellectual Property Code and subjects the offender to the criminal and civil penalties provided for by French legislation.

2.4. Any introduction of data onto the Site, by any process whatsoever, which modifies or is likely to modify the content or appearance of the data, the presentation or organization of the Site or the works appearing on the Site is strictly forbidden.

ARTICLE 3 - RATES & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
3.1. Individual rates are available on the Impacts Santé website: https://www.impacts-sante.com/registration/register. Requests for group rates can be made directly via these forms: - To become a sponsor: https://www.impacts-sante.com/content/contact-sponsors - Your ticket(s) are in QR code format on badge and will be made available on your account before the event by La Tribune Nouvelle, which will send you an email with instructions.

Each order holder must be able to present his/her badge with QR code at the entrance. In order for tickets to be valid, upon arrival on the day of the event, each ticket order holder must be able to present the following documents with their tickets:
i) Photo identification (national identity card, driving license, passport)
ii) Order confirmation. Your ticket(s) are sold directly from the event organizer to the consumer via an authorized distributor.

3.2. For organizational reasons, all cancellations must be made in writing to La Tribune Nouvelle. Before March 31, 2024, registration fees will be refunded with a €60 deduction. After this date, no refund will be possible. Registered tickets may be transferred to a third party upon written request to La Tribune Nouvelle before April 15, 2024.

ARTICLE 4 - MODIFICATION OF SITE CONTENT
Any aspect of the Site may be modified, supplemented, deleted or updated at any time by the Company.

ARTICLE 6 - MISCELLANEOUS
Should any clause be declared null and void, it shall be deemed unwritten, but this shall not invalidate the other clauses of these GTC. Failure by the Company to exercise any of its rights under these GTS shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.

ARTICLE 7 - APPLICABLE LAW - JURISDICTION
7.1. These GCS are governed by French law.

7.2. All disputes arising from the application of these GTS and which cannot be resolved by amicable settlement shall be submitted, notwithstanding multiple defendants and/or third-party claims, even for emergency proceedings or protective proceedings in summary proceedings or by petition: - for disputes with one or more private individuals, to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts; - for disputes between professionals, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.

INWIK PRIVACY STATEMENT
inwink is an event management tool that manages the authentication of participants when they register for an event.

The collection of certain personal data by the inwink authentication system is necessary to enable the user to register for an event, access the event site, and consult information relating to the practical and logistical organization of an event.

The personal data collected by inwink is the surname, first name and contact data, logins and passwords, as well as all the fields chosen by the event organizer and which appear in the event registration form. This personal data concerning the user is confidential and kept by inwink. It may be communicated to its partners and service providers exclusively for the management of the user's registration and participation in one or more events.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended by Act no. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, upon providing proof of identity, the user has the right to access and rectify data concerning him/her, as well as the right to object to data concerning him/her being processed electronically.
