Cecilia Skingsley took up the post of Deputy Governor of the Riksbank on 22 May 2013 with a term of office of six years. She has a BSc in economics from University of Stockholm and a financial analyst diploma from Stockholm School of Economics. Cecilia Skingsley was previously chief economist at Swedbank. She has also worked at the Swedish Ministry of Finance and has been head of the financial market section for the daily business newspaper Dagens Industri.
