Fernando Passeri Lavrado is the CIO (Chief Information Officer) at BNDES (Brazilian Development Bank) and responsible for the bank´ entire IT operations. He has being working at BNDES for the last twenty eight years and spent a great part of his career managing IT departments. He has already headed financial and backoffice units in the bank.
