Caroline heads the OECD’s work on blockchain, assessing its policy implications & building solutions to ensure governments across the world can access and respond to the opportunities and challenges it raises. In this capacity, she has also developed a training programme for policymakers on DLT, leads an advisory board of +100 global blockchain experts, and coordinates a network of project leads across the OECD relating to blockchain in topics as diverse as competition policy, SMEs, the environment, data privacy and the sustainable development goals. Caroline is a judge in the G20 Techsprint Hackathon 2020 and was the Co-Chair of the Financial Stability Board's workstream on decentralised fintech in 2019. Since 2016, she is a visiting lecturer at Paris-Est Créteil University & more recently, Kings College London. She also sits on the OECD's Staff Review Board. In March 2020, Caroline was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.
